Definitions
- EDU: NVIDIA Education Pricing Program specific part number.
- MOQ: Minimum order quantities.
- SUMS / Services: Technical Support, Updates, Upgrades and Maintenance, on a when-and-if generally made available basis, as defined under the EULA; except for CUDA. CUDA services are Technical Support and Maintenance, on a when-and-if generally made available basis, as defined under the EULA or service agreement.
- Subscription: License with a fixed duration and inclusive of SUMS for the duration of the license.

(1) Mandatory Bundles: Each Enterprise Software Perpetual License or Upgrade (Commercial or EDU) part number must be purchased with the equivalent SUMS Support (5 years) part number in equal quantities and the SUMS part number may only be sold with a corresponding Software Perpetual License part number. For Upgrades, the SUMS must be equivalent to the upgraded Perpetual edition.

(2) EDU Program: Only orderable under NVIDIA Education Pricing Program including specific eligibility requirements and legal terms and conditions.

(3) Renewals: For customers who want to renew their SUMS and Subscriptions, the first block of products to expire must be renewed with at least a 1-year term; the remaining entitlements are then eligible for co-terming using monthly SKUs.

(4) Premium Support Services Mandatory Bundle: Each 24X7 Support Service must be paired with the equivalent vGPU SUMS or Subscription that is noted in the description, applicable to initial and/or existing services. This 24X7 Service is on an approval-only basis by enterpriseservices@nvidia.com.
